The focus of my law practice is the protection of my clients' assets and interests. At all stages of representation the goal is to minimize risk in the clients' financial dealings whether personal or business, and maximize asset preservation. This is accomplished by knowing the law and being painstakingly deliberative in achieving the goals of the client.

When I am retained by a client, it is my practice to work closely with the client to first completely understand the nature of the legal problem and then propose acceptable solutions. In this regard the client is always kept informed of the status of the case and all major decisions are discussed with the client in advance. I have found that open and frequent communication with the client is absolutely vital to the attorney-client relationship.
